Our properties all sit within an hour of Bristol, on the M5 and M4 either side of the Severn, so ending in Chepstow and restarting at Hinkley Point is a change of address, not of account. What a company is actually buying here is one point of contact for a placement that will probably change. Dates move, headcount moves, and a project that was three weeks becomes three months. Because these are our own properties in Bristol, Newport, Cardiff, Chepstow and Somerset, we can say on the phone whether we can hold a house for longer, put two more people in it, or move a booking a week to the right. Every property is furnished and serviced, with fast wifi, a kitchen, a washing machine and parking where the property has it. Longer placements are quoted at monthly rates, and the whole thing stays on one booking and one invoice however many times it changes.
