Contractor Accommodation in Cardiff

Our contractor accommodation in Cardiff is one two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Cardiff Bay. It puts your crew about 1 mile by road from the new Cardiff Arena site at Atlantic Wharf, from the 7 Steel UK steelworks and from Cardiff Central. Preparatory works on the station and enabling works for the tram-train link to the Bay have both started. The apartment sleeps 4 as listed and has two beds, so a bed each means a crew of two, and no parking is listed with it. Bigger crews go to our contractor accommodation in Newport, where four houses sleep 11 to 13.

The new Cardiff Arena, a 16,500 seat venue with a hotel, has been under construction on Hemingway Road since 21 July 2025, with opening anticipated in 2028. Van parking, permits and getting to site in Cardiff
There's no clean air zone charge for vans in Cardiff. No parking is listed with the apartment, so parking for your car or van is asked about at enquiry. Cardiff Council's Cabinet approved a City Parking Plan in October 2025, phased over 10 years. Under it, a van user working in a parking zone with tools, equipment or materials can get a Tradesperson Parking Permit by the hour. Permits aren't issued for commuting.
M4 junction 33 gives access via the A4232 towards Cardiff and Barry, and junction 32 via the A470 south to the city centre. From 20 September 2026, for about eight months, there's no southbound access onto Bute Street from Callaghan Square. Diversions run via Lloyd George Avenue and Dumballs Road. Cardiff Bay station, on Lloyd George Avenue, has a frequent service from Cardiff Queen Street and no car park.
Long term accommodation in Cardiff: weekly and monthly rates, invoices and purchase orders
Weekly and monthly rates, one invoice per stay and one contact from enquiry to checkout. The Cardiff Bay listing sets a seven-night minimum, so every stay there is a week or longer. Stays over 28 nights are quoted at the monthly rate, the lowest we offer. A company booking can go on account with a purchase order, set up at enquiry on the accommodation enquiry form.
